As Your legal representatives we shall stand firm in difence of these rights are divided into following six sections:

Together with other lawyers of "Trklja & Associates", we shall not allow to be taken quietly into the "night" of the Croatian legal sysetem. We shall prosevere, regardless of Croatian executive branch and its drive towards unaceptable and uncivilized goal of ethnicly pure country. We shall prosevere starting with the case Trkulja vs the Republic of Croatia, Pirovac cases, APN case, tenantship case... and we shall prevail. Dedication of the members of Refugee Aid Organization "Trkulja & Associates", their knowledge, strict adherance to the very highest moral and ethical standards within the legal profession, and indeed their sence of morphological meaning, within the Republic of Croatia, between words justice and law, is in itself a guarantee of success of our mission on Your behalf. The road ahead is full of thorns, allready we are the target of numerous missinformations steaming from the side of the Republic of Croatia, yet we stand strong, with shared values of organizational paradigm, and thus shall respond to every attempt at our dignity, professionalism and above all dedication to noble cause of standing as the very last shield for hundreds of thousands of citizens of Croatia (of Serbian and other) origins, against the systematic abuse of legal system of the very country that is pleading to full membership to the European Union.
